Explanation / Answer

No reduction in human influence on the environment won't be interfering with the natural processes of change and evolution because we human are the only one who restrict this process of change and evolution which is necesssary for the biodiversity as we need those species which are usefull for us and thus are biased towards some of the species of flaura and fauna.

Even reduction in human influence on the environment will be helping the biodiversity to grow further up as the nature will itself adjust for the changes and in order to adjust according to these changes the biotic component will modify itself thus increasing the biodiversity.
