3) baking powder - 4 tea spoon

4) pinch of salt

5) milk 2cups

6) butter - 3spoons

Substitution of ingredients : sugar by sugar free sweener

Milk by low fat milk

flour by pure wheat flour

This substtuon will definitely cost more than the exsisting one. But looking at the calories decrease it is worth doing.

Pancakes are favorite breakfast food item. Generally 100gms of pancake gives 230 calories. If we made the required substitution stated here then the calories will be reduced by 70. So 100 gms pancake will have 150calories. Which is excellent for daily basis.
