In present study author analyzed the effect of the whole grains on the breast cancer. They run an experiment in which they included 250 breast cancer patient women (As test) and 250 normal women (As control). The author applied a standardized validated questionnaire having various sociodemographic, clinical, lifestyle and dietary characteristics by talking to all 500 women (250 cancer patient and 250 control). The test and control groups are divided into two groups in which one group rarely having whole grain food in a week and the second group having more than 7-time whole grain food in a week and in addition to this these both group feed on a Mediterranean diet from MedDietScore. Then the results were analyzed and it is found that the group having whole grain food more 7 times in a week have a low risk of breast cancer as compared to the group who rarely have whole in food in a week.
