I chose nursing because you didn't have HIM on the list. I looked at the expert answer to case 1-26 in the Case Studies in Health Information Management and the answer makes no sense to me. It asks for clinical vocabularies do you have to chose from. The answer has a table of all this stuff that tells me nothing. The answers to the next questions make no sense and I have no way to know to what Vocabulary those answers go to. I need the answers to this assignment because the way they are now, I can't understand it. Thanks
