Last week I did The Bruce test to determine cardiovascular fitness. It is the treadmill stress test. I was not excited with my result as I am doing treadmill daily. I also was not surprised by my results for the squat test. I do squats pretty often. Improving in these components will help me physically with my everyday liftestyle and towards reaching my fitness goals.
