suppose q1 and q2 are separated by distance d.

then also P and q1 are separated by d.

then electric field at P due to q1= k*q1/d^2 and due to q2= k*q2/(2*d)^2

given field due to q1 + field due to q2= 2*(field due to q1)

=> removing common terms on both sides => q1 +q2/4 = 2*q1

=> q1=q2/4 => q2=4*q1 => q2=4*(+.2) uC= .8uC
