Introduction:
Let us inspect the most precious technical words Project, Libraries, Diagrams, Process Flow and Nodes and compare it functions with activities of our everyday routine life, so as it enable us to complete the activities successively within time and minimum efforts and resources.
Project:
A project is temporary and unique activities. It has a defined beginning and end in time. It also has defined scope and resources to achieve the same.
In our everyday life we have to prepare food and let consider it as project. As a project it is temporary and unique that is it has proper starting and end time, it must have the eatable output item is the deliverable, involved person, raw food materials and kitchen equipments considered as resources of this project. The proper method of the preparation is the scope of the works.
Libraries:
A library is a collection of objects. These objects are stored for occasional use.
Let in our above projects the vegetables and or the other preservatives may consider as the objects.
Diagrams:
It is a simplified diagram, which may show the appearance, structure or workings. A schematic representation also called as diagram.
For the above project it is not necessary the diagrams however a pre designed structure of the final product is very useful.
Process Flow:
As it is a method of visually documenting the stages involved in performing a certain business procedure.
Let us consider the above project if so arranging vegetables and additives, preparing the vegetables etc. step by step actions are the process flow of the project. If the process flow is well defined the project will finish as early with desired output.
Nodes:
It is a point of intersection within a network. In which all devices are accessible through the network. Such devices are all considered nodes.
For the above project it is not necessary the nodes however the networking is very useful in project side.
Conclusion:
Here from the above examples we understand that each and every works in our everyday life can be considered as a project. Which can be define and introduce technically so that it can be finished with minimum time and cost and with better quality outputs.
