w= 60kg, h=10m, g=9.8  Im not really sure what avg force is i know how to find work done to the ground (mgh).. i dont know how to do force applied by her legs on landing..please explain it for me

Hi, i think these informtion is helpfull to you. You would have to make one more assumption ,the distance he either sinks into the ground at impact or the amount is body lowers by bending knees.
Kinetic energy from fall = Force X Distance

KE= F*D
