Question

The figure shows two 28-turn coils tightly wrapped on the same2.0-cm-diameter cylinder with 1.0-mm-diameter wire. The currentthrough coil 1 is shown in the graph. A positivecurrent is into the page at the top of a loop. Assume that themagnetic field of coil 1 passes entirely throughcoil 2. for Np and Ns I used the value of 28 turns
rs = rp = .01m
dl/dt = 20V because of the slope

I then used the value of 2 ohms for R to get the current but theOnline Homework site keeps saying it is incorrect.

I get the Current to have a value of 1.54 * 10^-4A

Where am I going wrong with this problem? Please help.

Thank you!

Explanation / Answer

I'm getting 1.11*10^-4 A. Is it possible for you to check that value?
