Use a while loop to display the time and charge every 0.1 seconds until the charge first exceeds 8 units (i.e. the last charge displayed must exceed 8). Use fprintf to display the time and charge. After the charge on the capacitor exceeds 8 units, the AED is sufficiently charged to deliver a strong electric shock to restore the heart to normal rhythm.
