Question
A 200C charge is at the center of an uncharged (3-dimensional)
insulating cubic shell with 50 cm edges. This shell, in turn, is centered
inside of a metal (conducting) cubic shell with 100 cm edges.
(a) Find the electric flux through one face of the insulating cubic shell.
Dark region is conducting shell. Also there is another insulating
cublic shell between the conducting shell and the charge q.
Don't know why it won't copy and phase properly...
Please explain. Thanks!
Explanation / Answer
the total flux through the box will be=q/
flux through one side of the box=q/6
