Explanation / Answer
The antibiotics will kill bacteria, but they cannot kill all the bacteria which are resistant to the antibiotic, they survive and reproduce due to there resistance, they have there way of evolving and mutating. It could even reproduce a million times and infect too much the patient.
Natural selection is an evolutionary mechanism defined as a differential reproduction of genotypes within a biological population.
Bacterial cell wall contains beta lactamase enzyme which can destroy beta lactamase drugs like pencilling, export of drug from one site to another can result in resistance
