Hi, I am having a hard time following that course's teacher and here is the question:

A series of W130x24 steel joists (23.8 kg/m) are used to support a ?at roof system.
Determine the speci?ed dead loading (D for ULS [kN/m]) for one interior joist subject
to the following:
- joists spaced at 2.0 meters on center
- joists support 89 mm decking (390 N/m2)
- decking covered by 5 ply felt and gravel roo?ng (310 N/m2)
- building of normal importance
