a) a = (v1 - v0) / t = (4 - 2) / 4 = 0.5 ft/s2

alpha = a/r = 0.5 / (15 / 12) = 0.4 rad/s2

b)w0 = v0 / r = 2 / (15/12)

= 1.6 rad/s

theta = w0 * t + 1/2 * alpha * t2 = 1.6 * 4 + 1/2 * 0.4 * 42

= 9.6 rad = 9.6 / 2 * pi
