As in our case, the flowrate changed fromm100 to 1000 ml/hour. This causes fluid overload, as too much of saline is being rapidly. It can lead to serious effects. After 4 hours patient can have high blood pressure, anxiety, severe headaches. Breathing can be difficult too.
