PRODUCT AND TOOL DESIGN
I apologize for the late response to this email but I did not want to give a peer review until we fully completed our build. I was extraordinarily happy with the effort put forth by my group mates. If I had to say one negative thing it would be this; I think that 7 people is too many for a project of this magnitude. At the beginning of the semester we definitely struggled with our communication because with 7 team members we all kept assuming that things were getting done by other members. Around the time of spring break we changed our method of communication and started delegating better which lead to better, more noticeable results. Here are my individual evaluations of all 6 of my team members, in no particular order.
Explanation / Answer
For achieving better results while working with group following points should be kept in mind:
1. Give equal oppurtunities to all group members but make sure that the work is distributed by there expertese.
2. Try to make a facilitator rather to make any leader.
3. Divide the whole work in step.
4. Provide checks in all the stages.
5. Do group meetings within 2 3 days so that everyone can discuss there progress and problem.
