As the water cement ratio decreases the compressive strength of the Cement Mortar cube increases. Since both samples have same water to Cement ratio but second sample has the superplasticizer for workability improvement (water requirement decreases with increase in admixtures and thus compressive strength increases). So second sample without superplasticizer will have more than 0.50 water cement ratio. This implies that first sample will have more comprehensive strength than the second sample as first sample will have less water cement ratio as compared to the second sample without admixtures ie superplasticizer.
