Explanation / Answer

I do not feel that facilitating payments is ethical even though it is legal. Speeding up payment by facilitating is not ethical while running a business, Undertaking such activities is unethical and it should be illegal as the person knows that this is an unethical practice. Here the person is bribing the firm to take advantage and do something. Therefore it is unethical and I believe it is best to follow a business that partakes in ethical practices. The company can have a bad name from this kind of activity.
