a) This statement clears that the engineers who are getting a job should not produce a false certificate of the degrees which are not be pursued. And they should not copy any material or presentation or thesis from the fellow colleagues. They should not show their experience as over estimated which is not actually they worked. They should present their previous company name and the designation and the works that are carried truly without any additions or subtractions.

b) IN this statement it says that the engineers should not accept any bribes or gifts from the contractors to accept their respective tender. The decision should be independent of the contractors. The contract should go who is actually eligible for the respective work within the time with quality without any delay following all the regulations and rules of contractual agreements.
