The design load determination information is as follows: The roofing will be steel, a standing seam roof. The foundation will be a concrete slab on grade with a turned down footing. The design shall conform to ASCE 7-10. Determine the dead loads that each element in the building needs to be designed to, and determine the load combination that controls for the roof framing, Floor Framing, and end braced frame. The drawings of the condominium are shown on the following pages.
