Question
The question I need help with is #4. Thanks! Draw qualitative (i.e., numbers are not necessary) graphs showing position and velocity for the following situation: A physics student starts at the back of the lab and calmly walks in a straight lie toward the front of the lab. She stops to think for a second when she is halfway then continues to the front where she consults with her TA about proper graphing techniques. Suddenly she runs back the way she came until she is back where she started. Given the following graph, write a narrative description of the motion (such as was given in question 3 above):Explanation / Answer
V = dx / dt
Velocity is the slope of the line
In first slope velocity of the object is more than the second slope.
after 1st line objects stop and turn back with constant speed for some time and after some time speed increases (but constant) and came to the initial point of starting and moving negative direction with same speed back to the initial position but after some time come to the initial position with slow speed.
