Accuracy :- Accuracy refers to the closeness of a measurement to the true value of the physical quantity. As the errors or uncertainity get reduced the measurement becames more accurate.
So Accuracy is invesely proportional to the uncertainity or error.
Precision :- Precision refers to the resolution or the limit to which a quantity can be measured. The smaller the least count of a instrument higher will be the precision. It is not necassary that a precised value must be accurate.
systematic uncertainty :- The systematic uncertainty are those uncertainities which tend to occur in one direction either positive or negative. e.g Instrumental uncertainty, personal uncertainty etc.
random uncertainty : - The uncertainities which occur irregularly and at random in magnitude and directions are called random uncertainty.
Systematic uncertainty and random uncertainty can occur independently or both at a time.
