If I were an evil synthetic biologist, designing a pathogen for world domination the part of the body will it should infect is; circulatory system as if this system is effected the disease will be spread to the whole body.

The pathogen can evade the immune system by constantly changing its structure i.e. providing no opportunity to the immune system to recognize its antigens and generate an immune response.

It can steal resources from the human body by dividing uncontrollably and acting like cancerous cells.

Its progeny will get to the next human after the first one dies by the aid of vectors like mosquito.
