a) Inductor can be replaced with a sourc e= (L ) di/dt = 0.27 ( 50) = 13.5 V

I1= v/ R1= 60/ 39 = 1.538 A apprx

b) I2= ( 60 - 13.5) / 24= 1.9375 A apprx

c) after a long time, dI/dt = 0, I1=60/24= 2.5 A
