Since the forces are conservative , the sum of kinetic energy (K.E)and potential energy (P.E)is constant (which is equal to Total energy T.E) i.e K.E +P.E= T.E

So,as at point B the body is momentarily at rest, its kinetic energy is 0. So, potential eneergy which is now equat to kinetic energy is 30 J. SOK.E +P.E= T.E=> 0+P.E = 30J => T.E= 30J

at point A, K.E = 10J which imples K.E+P.E = 30 J therefore

10+ P.E= 30 J So, P.E= 20 J at point A,

At point C ,given P.E = 6 J

K.E +P.E = 30 J

K.E +6J = 30 J

which imples that K.E= 24 J
