The diagram is too messy that I didn't find the point E. However I will clear your concept to solve thus question. In order to find the direction of movement of charge first you need to find the direction of electric field at that particular point. Because positive charge move oppostive to the direction of electric field and negative charge move along it. Second, the direction of electric field is always perpendicular to the equipotential lines.
