Explanation / Answer

The moving sidewalk speed with respect to the ground plus your walking speed with respect to the moving sidewalk will be the equivalent speed. Let the distance be d, the moving sidewalk be ms and walking be w
Vms = d/80
Vw = d/60
Vms + Vw = d(1/80 + 1/60) = d(6/480+8/480) = [7d/240]
How does that compare to walking speed? [7d/240]/[d/60] = 1.75
Walking on the moving sidewalk is then 1.75 times faster than walking.
Therefore, the time required will be 60s/1.75 which means
the time required will be 60/1.75 = 34.3s
