V = I1 * p*l/(w*h)

Now, in case 2

R2 = p*h/(w*h)

Now, I2 = V/R2

I2 = I1 * p*l/(w*h) /(p*h/(w*l))

I2 = I1 * l^2/h^2

the current I2 is (I1 * l^2/h^2)
