Various survey results have been conducted to analyze the work of social workers. The factors have been determine which stress the social workers. It has been concluded from the survey that social workers are less likely to leave their jobs. It has been found out that social workers taking care of small children with congenital defect and abnormalities are more prone to face stress that those social workers who take care of adults and old people. Self-care is required to remove burnout and stress in their jobs. The social workers have to serve humanity in various conditions and adverse situations, so they should take care of themselves and should not suffer from stress and anxiety. The conditions in which the social workers have to perform work are not good and ambient and can lead to depression ,stress and depersonalization. The social workers take care of old people with various diseases, take care of poor and children with disabilities and themselves face and suffer from various infections and diseases. They should take care of their mental and physical health. These also include the pyschologists, psychotherapists and counsellors who themselves get affected after hearing the mental disability and symptoms of suffering of patients. The social workers in mentally diabled and mental organizations suffer the most after observing the degrading behavior of people living in rehabilitation hospitals and units. The people who are drug addicts and are taken to rehabilitation units also cause emotional problems to the social workers in those units. The social workers taking care of society victims like rape, murder and other crime also face a situation of stress and depression due to adverse environment and situations. The eprsonlaity characteristics, hope theory, living is a silent, resilient and reticent way is a method to cope with stress and anxiety in rehabilitation units. The atittude,outlook and mental perceptions gets affected after living in such adverse situations after taking care of criminals or persons with disabilities. Alarcon, Eschelman and Bowling studied the inner esteem ,consciousness, mental perception and attitude of social workers in various trumatic situations faced by victims in rehabilitation units.Demographic factors like the age,sex of the person working as a social worker is an important factor. The older social workers can survive and tolerate stress better than younger generation social workers. Higher levels of education are linked to higher rates of burnout and stress. The higher rate of responsibilities and duties are linked to higher rates of burnout ans stress in social workers. The conceptual framework of design of social work is established which prevents the harmgul effects of overwork and burden leading to the stress and anxiety. Research methodology and scientific designing of the factors with collection of evidence linked to stress in worked in analyzed and discussed. The various factors linked to stress include-- lack of job satisfaction in social work, lack of proper environment, lack of employment in social work, coping with extra work, regular extra work required for promotions and earlier years of work just after the starting of work in social work jobs.
