In current scenario, there are various companies which are using different tools and techniques to maintain quality of their product and services. The company are using different framework so that they can maintain the industry standard in quality parameter. The customers are now become more concerned about the quality of product. In today’s time customer are not focused too much on price if they were offered good quality product. The companies are also using different criteria to evaluate the performance of their business and ensure that it is of great quality. These criteria are: Product, Customer, Market and financial, internal operational performance results, Workforce, Leadership, Governance, and Social responsibility. The above mentioned criteria are defined as per the Malcolm Baldrige principles which focus on improvement of business activity for gaining profitability. Quality has now become one of the criteria for Order winner. The statistical process helps in understanding the data and using the insight to improve the quality of process. Quality improvement is a continuous process and requires steady effort. Quality should be included into the culture of organization then only it can reap the benefit.
