Explanation / Answer

1. The main differences between Egyptian Civilization and Mesopotamian Civilization are:

The differences were due the way the nature had been to both of these Civilizations.Though both of these Civilizations were river valley and agricultural Civilizations, Egypt was endowed by a perennial river resource and stable climate with rich fertile valley, thus ,nature became the center of their religious, cultural and political theme.Whereas, Mesopotamia had hard terrain, unpredictable climate and non perennial river, they had to be dependent on their own, thus, they valued the Heavens, Earth,Air and Water above all and had a government that considered for the problems of the people.

2. Hammurabi's code provided a framework for today's legal system of Western world, the laws are in written form and aims to prevent people from committing offences similar to the code of Hammurabi. Hammurabi's code distincts class from class, and are harsher in treatment, this would not have dealt the problems of today's world.

3.Both Mesopotamian and Egyptian Civilizations were polythiestic in nature, that developed in their respective regions.Israel had monotheistic religion that was not bound to a particular region but to the people, hence, Israel's culture prevailed to this time as people strictly adhered to their culture where ever they went even the empire lasted for a short period. And also their belief was not centralized around kings and empire, but, they were dedicated to their belief in their one God"Yahweh".
