I keep getting 0.00119 V but this is wrong

b) What is the maximum voltage induced in the coil if the axis of rotation of the coil is along its major axis and this axis of rotation is aligned parallel to the Earth's magnetic field?

A)

? = 2.998 X 10-4 V   which is 0.2998 mV

B)

The answer is zero since the area and the magnetic field are parallel. You can only have induced voltages if a component between the area an the magnetic field is greater than 0 degrees.
