Describe your profiling tool and why you chose it?

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire used with the purpose of understanding the different mind set of psychological preferences of individual who use this perception to take decisions in their life in any situations.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator [MBTI] is a reliable and valid tool which helps to assess and categorize one’s personality & behavior. A research was conducted by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung [1875-1961] to prove that it is possible to predict people’s behavior if we know to analyse how an individual prefer to use their mind. During birth each of one of us has an inborn preference for using our mind in a particular fashion to make decision or choice. A mother-daughter duo Isabel Myers (1897-1980) and her mother, Katharine Cook Briggs (1875-1968) developed the Myer Briggs Type Indicator. The tool can be used in normal population and only analyses the differences in perception, so it is very useful to use randomly on a given population wiyhout any inclusive or exclusive criteria.
