The skateholders need to concentrate on the how this mobile clinic would help people to get benefited, what kind of diseases we can treat, do we have the contacts with other hospitals to send the people who require emergency treatment.
I will look into the current facilities avaiable interms of qualified staff, medical equipment
After we get the funds for the required things, we need to address few things like how smootly this mobile clinic runnig, find out he dificulties they face, is any trainin require from senior people. how much more staff needed to move the things smoothly.
Arrange trainers, get proper quipments, medicines, injections, guaze atc.
To bring this mobile unt as sustainable need to valuate very frequently with quality checking and no malpractice is encouraged.
If somewhere the quality is missing that need to be corrected with corrective and preventive action plan.
Stakeholder need to understand the need and the outcome of this clinic, they need to understand the various economic opportunities like get some percentage if we refer the patient from urban to the big hospital. and some people who does not wish go to hospital for their health problem they weill definately come visit mobile clinic which is available near to their door step.
