Advantages and disadvantages

1. Group practice having more advantageous than solo in finance, economy, capital and manpower.

2. Solo is dealing with only general medical treatment as compare to the group practise where they are dealing with large no. of diseases

3. Mutispeciality group involved in more intensive care unit than both of 2.

4. More finance require in group practise and easily come from various others people but solo has to take as a single only.

5. Solo setup is easily build but for group it require best place for setup

6. In solo talent of single person is in use but in group lot of people come so they make quality patient treatment.

8. Law is more firm on group and mutispeciality hospital than solo

ACA impact mainly on the financial point of view on the solo, group and mutispeciality group practise by taking patient health insurance.

Any practise is aim with higher profit margin but law restrict because they have to wait for insurance of patient. Law also enforce on quality patient life rather than cost of treatment
