First talk to the patient and explain about th edisease condition and tell her that if she takes medicine for few days she will be fine no medicine there after. ask her to have a fruits or chacolates beside before taking medicine i she dont like medicine smell and all.
Give a drug try weekly wise put all the medicine to be taken on perticular dose so that it would be easy to take medicine without fail.
If she discontinue the medication tell her that this is a course she has to take completley then only the drug work better to cure the disease, if stops in the middle it go waste. explain about the use of drug and what happen if she doesnt take.
If doctor prescribes a perticular dose pill she has to completey that means she needs that much of dose, Explain her that if we cut half tablet and take it wont work its waste of money taking half dose, if she takes full dose for few days she will be free from the disease. if chronically ill if she buys abulk of drugs she will discount from the pharmacy.
Overdose is causes another problem explain her if symptoms worsen she need to consult doctor, she sould not take her own decision on increasing the dose, at time it works at times it leads to another problem.
Explain her the health benefit of drug if she takes it properly, and disadvantages if she addicts to take whenever she get worsed.
We can make the things go well only with the good rapo with the patient. Give psychological support to the patient.
