Question
I need a feedback for this comment (Since being a college student I would say my stress level may have increased slightly. However, I try to stay on task with the priorities I need to complete instead of putting things off all the time. The stress that I have usually is not in interference with my sleep schedule or patterns. I typically dont sleep anyway. Being on the wrestling team is a great way to relieve my stress. I have basically 24 hour gym access and I can take out my frustrations on others in a way that is appropriate if I am having a rough day. I feel like the feeling of fatigue or restlessness is caused in part by your mind. Obviously if your puking halfway to the bathroom because its so bad it cant wait then id say thats truly a physical ailment.)
Explanation / Answer
The stress level is increased just because of your sleep deprivation. You can not have your best performance in everything without having sleep. The stress has increased slightly because you have just started the college but gradually it will increase as the study pressure will increase and this increase in pressure will lead to the more frustration and this will lead you to the spend more time in gym and hence more fatigue. As the fatigue increases and you won't have a sleep then again this frustration and stress level will increase. So according to me the fatigue and restlessness is not just part of the mind, it's the part of sleep deprivation.
