2. The risk factor mother should know to avoid complications would be to maintain personal hygiene of the child, avoid rhinitis, there is increased incidence in autumn and winter. special attention should be given during that period. If patient has an underlying disease like cleft palate, Down's syndrome or allergic rhinitis prevalence is more common
3. Conductive hearing loss: the hearing loss occurs due to the problem in the ear canal, ear drum, or middle ear and its little bones.
Sensorineural hearing loss: It occurs due to problems of the inner ear. It is also known as nerve- related hearing loss.
The patient will have conductive hearing loss because he has an infection of middle ear.
