A father from a small community on the outskirts of Wilmington, NC testified in court about how, for the previous 15 years, a landfill near his property has adversely affected his health, his family members’ health, and the quality of life in his neighborhood. He described the noise from trucks bringing garbage to the landfill and seeing rats in the woods near the landfill and buzzards flying overhead. He stated that he did not understand why more was not being done to monitor the landfill. He noticed that family members and many neighbors were sick. For 15 years, they complained to the local health department and the state environmental protection agency. They finally contacted the EPA and found out that tests of local well water 20 years before found that the groundwater was not safe for consumption. The EPA stated that anyone who lived within 2 miles of the landfill should not drink well water and should tap into the closest publicly regulated drinking water system or drink only bottled water. During testimony from town officials, the man learned that the city knew about this contamination and provided alternate water sources to people living in affluent neighborhoods near the landfill, but not to poor people, immigrants, or people of color. Additionally, during major rain events, runoff from the landfill and a large concentration of industrial hog farms contaminated local rivers and streams which was a concern for people who fished for food and fun. For the cases like such which include the human health issues as well as the environmental consequences, we have to solve and look upon this by a soft view point. first it should be necessary to understand the origination of such type of misleading from the very basic level and then after analysis the study and joining the different facts related to that perticular matter, we can solve it easily.

Suppose the condition or if we take the case which described above in the question then we can find that a father who belonged from a small community had put his argued on the drinking water consequences and related environmenatl problems in the court but he didn;t get any justified and satisfied response regarding to this. thats why the court people contact with the EPA to test and proceed the case further by attempting some test. they found that the water of well which is responsible for all was a 20 years old water which have many germs and impurities in its.

If suppose i have to use the methodology for the case of such situation than i would first like to see the symptoms of harsh environmental situation with the initial basics methods to analyse this. then i would like to take the survey about the health conditions and then whatever the result i would take the further steps accordingly.

For the cases like well water problems. although we know that well water lived many years for human consumptions but still some incidents and natural processes like leaching can make it unfit for the human health. moreover the conditions like factory wastes when dissolved in the rivers and make the pollutions than it would also lead to serious health issues. according to the analysis and case study i would warned the factory and industries to settle far away from the human residental areas and the wastes of the industries should not be put in rivers and other water bodies.

By doing so it will be possible that i would face the challenges which are against of it. some industrialist would be disagree with the discission and denied the result by giving bribes but i would not take this and charged them panalty for this. to make the people aware of this we have to be a good leader who can make understanf the others according to his view point and make people to take it according to ours methodology and concepts.

The limitation for this is that these all task need to happens properly if the industrialist as well as public understand the situation properly and corporate with us. they have to understand the environmental problems which arises due to their own business and profit. if all come together and make the unity then it would be a very easier task to do.
