As we can see in type 1 document there is no more visual impact or features so the effectiveness is low in terms of visual interpretation because there are no graphical features. And on the other hand, document type 2, there are lots of graphical features which can make easy to understand the document.
Good visual design can make the document mosre trust worthy and make easy to understand and ultimately signifies the knowledge and level of professional authorship.
