HBr +KOH ------> H2O + KBr.

net ionic equvation K+1+ Br-1-----> KBr salt

B not correct. they mentioned separately K+, Br - and H2O ,. they combined KBr salt and H2O.

C. not correct. there is no formation of Br2 , K+ separately, as a reaction even stachimetric ratio also no two bromine atoms.

D.and E not correct. it cann't react acid and base, there is no formation of BrOH and KH, because OH- and Br -abstracts protons, (electronegative)should form salt (KBr)and water
