CH3Cl has got the highest critical temperature. This is the highest temperature above which a gas can't be liquified. Except for Methyl chloride, all others are gases. So first CH3Cl has to be converted into gas and then needs to be liquified.
The molar heat of vaproization= Heat of sublimation- heat of fusion = 62.3-15.3= 47 Kj
A gas can't be liquified above critical temperaure. But below critical temperauture and pressure it can exist as liquid and this is possible for 125 deg.c and 70 arm as well as 125 deg.c as well as 30 atm.
