clinical question in the PICO(T) format---In case studies of patients with type-I insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, what is the chance of recurrence of diabetes after regular injections of insulin degludec?

The focus of question is assessment--In this reference case study, the behavioral assessment of the children is done with type-I diabetes mellitus which is insulin dependent with various factors like---1)stress 2)fear 3)frequent urination at night 4)shock due to changes in glucose levels 5)weight changes 6)failure in adjusting with the environment 7)recurrence of diabetes after the levels of glucose change in the blood irregularly leading to metabolic imbalance8)depression in children.
