QUESTION 01
Both titrations are done with the strong or weak acid being in the titration flask and NaOH in the burette. Until the eqivalence point acid is present in the flask and the pH of the acid is measured. This is different for strong and weak acids, due to complete and incomplete dissociation. However, beyond the equivalence point all acid has been neutralized and an excess of NaOH is present. Beyond the equivalence point, the pH is due to NaOH in both cases. Thus the pH curve is similar for a strong acid and a weak acid beyond the equivalence point.
