Hello There, I'm confused with this post lab assignment and I don't know how to do it also I'm not a majoring in bio. Please help me out if you have an idea about this subject, no need for broad answer, narrow answers will do. THANK YOU. Need someone who is majoring or majored biology. I will post the post lab and the notes I took.

2. SDS-PAGE technique used to seperate the Protein on the basis of charge and molecular weight.
SDS denatures the Tertiary structure of protein.And mask the protein structure with negative charge. Hence protein carrying the negative charge will migrate from negative side to positive side
3. Protein with large size will remain close to loading well. But low size molecules will move downward of opposite end. In this method protein seperated based on molecular weight.
Small molecules easily cross through pores of gel. But large one will stopped beacuse pore size is small for them. There will be small movment of large size moleculae because of electrochemical force.
10000 Da will came down.
75000 Da will stacked in upper side of gel.
