a) yes we can separate both at pH - 7
difference between both peptides are Glu in HbA Val in HbS
Glu is acidic amino acid while Val is neutral Glu having negetive charge at pH 7 so it can move but Val will not movie either side. so we can separate.
b) in HbA one negetive charge will be there. HbS no net charge .
