Kp = p(COCl2) / {p(CO)*p(Cl2)}
      = 0.26 / {0.72*1.2}

but givan that at equilibrium,
[I2]=0.06 M
so,
2.05-x= 0.06
x=1.99 M

so,

Kc = [HI]^2/ {[H2]*[I2]}
