If you were instructed to separate 2 grams of O-nitrobenzyl and P-nitrobenzyl in lab what technique would be most useful? A) Crystalization B) TLC C) Gas Chromatography D)Column chromatography E)Extraction F) Filtration knowing that O-nitrobenzyl has intramolecular H bonding of course I know that there is a difference in polarity which makes me feel its between column chromatography and TLC (thin layer chromatography) that being said are 2 grams too large to separate via TLC? I want to say column chromatogrpahy but I am not 100% sure to be honest
