We are given, [Ba(OH)2] = 0.00061 M and there is complete dissociation.
So, Ba(OH)2 -----> Ba2+ + 2OH-
So there are 2 moles of OH- in one Ba(OH)2, means the concentration also double
So, [OH-] = 2 * [Ba(OH)2]
= 2 * 0.00061 M
= 0.00122 M
Now we know the water ionization
Kw = [H+] [OH-]
We know, Kw = 1*10-14
So, 1*10-14= [H+] [OH-]
So, [H+] = 1*10-14 / [OH-]
= 1*10-14 / 0.00122 M
= 8.2*10-12 M
