There are individuals that become fearful of obesity because of the prevalence of such statistics, and therefore select diets almost void of fats. (a) What might this type of diet look like, (b) what might be the outcome of such a dietary pattern on the body’s physiology given the importance of fat, and (c) how might you counsel clients to include lipids in their diets in a healthful manner?

a-a diet that is low in trans fat is preferably the best diet for people who are fearful of obesity and want to prevent Cardiovascular diseases in future.this diet should be rich in fibres (includes fruits,salads,green leafy vegetables) and should have easily digestible carbohydrates (oats ,bananas).

b-this diet will maintain the blood cholesterol and triglycerides levels within range.there will a lot less risk of development of Cardiovascular diseases like the Coronary artery disease.

c- Lipids are essential for body but when taken in right quantity and of correct type.fish oils as well as olive oils are fats that extremely important for keeping heart healthy and maintaining cholesterollevels within normal range.
